In this crucial role, you will support the operational delivery of all aspects of Facilities Services across our occupied sites.If you enjoy managing contractors across multiple locations and a broad range of building maintenance, capital works, and contractor engagement responsibilities, then this may be the role for you. This role will also provide guidance and assistance in the management of a facilities work queue, facilitation of requests, and management of ElectraNet''s vehicle fleet.About YouThis role involves ensuring the reliability of critical infrastructure by overseeing maintenance and repairs to electrical, air conditioning, fire, and associated architectural systems. The coordinator will develop and maintain operational procedures for ElectraNet''s facilities, control rooms, and essential services. They will manage facilities service contracts, collaborating with Procurement to define service standards and monitor performance.Additionally, they will contribute to budget management for operational and capital projects and efficiently manage the Service Now work queue, assigning tasks to appropriate resources.This role requires proven project management skills, including experience managing capital projects and budgets, alongside a solid understanding of contract administration.
