Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.The key responsibility areas include maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will form a senior position within a small and growing team, with the opportunity to assist in business development and to train/mentor junior valuers within the residential development valuation space.About youWe are seeking an experienced and driven professional with highly developed residential development valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills.
