Engagements will vary and will commonly be centered around business initiatives spanning risk strategy, transformation, understanding regulatory requirements, and the development, validation, and use of models. For the manager position, we require candidates to have at least 5 years of experience.Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with a keen interest in financial risk and model implications.Confident and credible communication skills, both oral and written, with a collaborative problem-solving approach.Strong academic background including at least a Bachelors degree (Actuarial, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering) and professional qualification (e.g., FIAA, AIAA, CFA).Knowledge and experience in software development environments such as R, Python, SQL, VBA, SAS, or C++.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office products, with an eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge.An interest and willingness in coaching and fostering the development of more junior team members.Ideally, You''ll Also Have:Experience in consultancy or a client-facing role.A track record of business development and a strong professional network.Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
