They pride themselves on their dynamic and inclusive culture, where your expertise and ideas can make an impact.Position Overview:The Tender Analyst will be instrumental in managing and coordinating tender submissions, ensuring they are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of tenders for commercial customers, leveraging your data analysis and data entry expertise to maintain precision and compliance in all submissions.Using an in-house tendering platform, you will gather and analyse key information, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met. While you wont be responsible for writing tenders, your role will be crucial in validating data, formalising contracts, and optimising submission processes.This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with structured data, thrives in a process-driven environment, and values teamwork in delivering high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and compile tender documentation, ensuring compliance with all specifications.Conduct analysis of tender requirements and ensure data accuracy throughout.Utilise in-house systems to create tenders (you won''t need to write the tender itself).Collaborate with departments such as sales, finance and operations to gather necessary information.Review and finalise submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.Maintain records of submitted tenders and track outcomes.Follow up with clients to address inquiries and negotiate terms as needed.Requirements:Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or a related field (open to recent graduates).Experience working with data, data entry, reporting and analytical support.Some experience in tendering, proposal, bids, or similar is a plus but not a requirement.Able to work on operational processes and workflows.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail being crucial.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tools (particularly Excel).What We Offer:Upto $75k base + Super with an additional 10% bonusOpportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Hybrid working environment.Feel free to send your profile to Contact@OurPath.com.au but please ensure you also apply through this ad.Please note - The role is Sydney based and requires full working rights.Look forward to speaking with you!Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyStaffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
