This is a 12-month contract role where you''ll partner with a dynamic product team to bring user-centric designs to life, ensuring a cohesive and delightful user experience.This is a Hybrid role, based in Sydney, Australia or Melbourne, Australia.About the role:Partnering and Collaboration: Work closely with the product team (Tech, PMs, and BAs) to define, scope, align, and implement UX designs.Design System Consistency: Ensure a cohesive design and experience throughout the product by working within Prezzees design system.High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes: Create high-fidelity designs and animated prototypes using Figma to visualize interactions and support usability testing.Quality Assurance: Assist with quality assurance to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Evaluate Design Solutions: Prioritize and assess the effectiveness of design solutions, employing critical thinking to navigate challenges and develop strategies.User Flow Mapping: Map user flows to evaluate and implement the most seamless user experience.Storyboards and Wireframes: Create storyboards and wireframes to illustrate user stories and discuss with the development team before implementation.Data-Driven Design Solutions: Use data to identify user issues and define effective, user-centric solutions.Human-Centric Designs: Develop designs that delight users and support business goals.Oversee Design Projects: Have the big picture in mind while overseeing design projects from conception to delivery.Visual Improvements: Suggest visual improvements to ensure our products look modern and connect with our audience.Design System Development: Contribute to the development of the Prezzee design system, maintaining brand consistency across all products.About You:Design Experience: Proven experience in design, visual user interface design, and graphic design.Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing completed design projects, illustrating your design style, career journey, and aspirations.Digital Product Experience: Experience working on digital products and experiences from concept to live, delivering designs for both web and mobile applications.Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud design software.Strong Aesthetic Skills: Ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts creatively.Clean and Consistent Designs: Ability to create visually consistent designs.Expert in Figma: In-depth knowledge of Figma and other prototyping and animation tools.Benefits:Generous benefits including employee referral program and staff discounts.You will work alongside an experienced team who will challenge you every day (and expect you to challenge them back).Regularly have virtual and face-to-face events to help us bond and maintain our community vibe.Prezzee Flex: genuine flexibility is our natural norm with our hybrid work environment.
