We are a driven and forward-thinking team who love the automotive industry.Culturally, we strive to inject equal doses of creativity, smart knowledge, and fun into everything we touch.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships at Drive Marketplace. This role focuses on expanding dealer listings, bringing new customers onto the platform, and scaling our marketplace to new heights. If youre passionate about the automotive and digital classifieds industries and have a knack for driving growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive acquisition of new clients, negotiate agreements, and close high-value deals with automotive dealerships.Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients to maximise opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.Engage with key decision-makers within dealerships and dealer groups, aligning Drives solutions with their goals and needs.Maintain regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against KPIs using Salesforce. Present regular updates to senior management.Achieve sales targets and dealer listings growth.Successfully influence and build relationships with decision-makers.Drive client satisfaction and engagement.Regularly report on pipeline progress, activity, and performance.QualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition roles, ideally within the automotive classifieds industry.Proven track record of sales success and growing customers at scale in fast-paced environments.Expertise in sales funnels, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.Strong self-starter attitude and ability to work autonomously.Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics related to business development.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Additional InformationOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:We''re committed to a safe, respectful and inclusive Nine.
