Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be accountable for this premium commercial asset and provide a superior customer experience to tenants and clients alike. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the building, including cleaning, security, waste management, and emergency procedures.The OpportunityCleaning and Maintenance: Overseeing the cleaning services of the office tower, plaza, basement, car park, and roof areas, as well as window cleaning, bin cleaning, and sanitary services.Security and Operations: Overseeing security guards, mailroom operations, and gym management.Waste and Recycling: Waste reporting, recycling program control, and grease trap management.Safety and Compliance: OHSE management, incident reporting, and training, as well as risk and environmental management.Sustainability: Coordinating with the Green Committee, managing ESG initiatives, and reporting on sustainability metrics.Budgeting and Administration: Preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and reporting variations.Emergency Procedures: Coordinating emergency procedures, evacuations, and fire warden training.Your BackgroundFacilities Management experience with a strong focus on premium commercial assets and soft services.Superior knowledge in Operational and Facilities Management, including a working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services.The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.Confidence and maturity in communication skills, including excellent written and oral presentation skills.So, whats in it for you?Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
