We strive to deliver an H-D experience with an unequivocal customer focus.The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and facilitate all product sales data for the country of responsibility and its Dealer Network. This involves liaising with key stakeholders, both internal team, Commercial Operations and external, to gather the appropriate information that will ultimately inform inventory positions and sales forecast. Providing a premium customer experience to these stakeholders.Job SummaryIt is the responsibility of this role to provide analytical, administrative, planning, reporting and process support to the sales/dealer functions of the country. This role will also co-ordinate all communications to the local Dealer Network and their respective operations teams. This will involve working collaboratively and interactively with the country operations team, the Dealer Network and Central Order Management team to ensure effective, timely and accurate communication is maintained.Key Results AreasSales AnalysisAssist in issuing credits, title documents and other related paperwork required as part of the sales process.Manage in country equivalent registration process for the dealers including all required documents.Generate daily retail & wholesale reports for Motorcycle (MC), Part & Accessories (P&A) and General Merch (A&L). Audit, enter and follow sales status through relevant systems and communications with the Markets on a daily basis. Analyse data and raise potential concerns to internal stakeholders when needed.Generate weekly MC availability reports and share with internal team, Commercial Ops & external stakeholders.Support the Market Operations Managers to generate monthly regional retail/wholesale forecast in preparation for monthly Demand Planning Call through collaboration with internal team, Commercial Ops & external stakeholders.Deliver, audit and modify as necessary ad-hoc and regular reports for all Stakeholders to enable the local leadership team to monitor sales performance to plan.Monitoring and Resolving Data and/or Order Exceptions:Through regular review of reports, ensure all data and physical exceptions are resolved and feedback to the appropriate parties is carried out as necessary to try to eliminate re-occurrence.Sales SupportProactively support the country teams to encourage dealers to retain correct model mix of floor stock and sales performance to plan.Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure that orders are being placed, and shipments are being processed in a timely manner.Monitor shipments of priority bikes for homologation, marketing events for the country.Engage in proactive sales activities within the subsidiary market to support the achievement of company goals.Problem Resolution:Investigate, resolve and verify all system and physical issues that may arise during the sales order process through from shipment to dealer delivery/ retail sales receipt.Receive and respond in a timely and accurate fashion to all sales related queries.Act as the markets single point of contact for all information on orders and product sales.Job SpecificationsBachelors Degree PreferredSales and administrative background with ability to operate on own initiative as well as part of a teamMS Office with strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Macros and formulas.System experience and aptitude desired: SAP, Power Bi, Salesforce.Good organization, communication, detail skillsAwareness of logistics, customer service and supply chain operations a plusThe above statements reflect value added activities performed by this position which are consistent with the divisional strategic plan and department objectives.
