This role is aimed at people who have recently graduated.The role is important for supporting, optimising, and enhancing the quality of services provided to Community Living & Respite Services (CLRS) clients. Success in this role is achieved through collaboration as part of the operational management team and engagement with other internal stakeholders. Key skills for this role include communication, empathy, organisation, evaluation and analysis, report writing, and problem-solving.The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Quality Assurance and ImprovementSystem Analysis and OptimisationData Management and ReportingChange Management and OtherIt is acknowledged that applicants may not initially have all the necessary skills and knowledge.
