A loving, professional family in Doreen, VIC are seeking an energetic and fun nanny to care for their two curious and creative daughters aged 12 months and 8 years.An ideal nanny would have a positive outlook and be enthusiastic and active.Someone who is nurturing, with a genuine passion and love for children. Enjoys engaging, having fun, and providing stimulating and creative activities and outings which will support the childrens learning and development.The family are looking for a nanny who can build a lovely bond with their children over time and support the family and the day to day running of the household.Must be a confident driver with own vehicle for school drop offs / pick-ups and activities.Be comfortable with dogs as the family have a 14-year-old Chihuahua who loves pats and treats.The carers responsibilities for this role will be as follows:To care for the childrenFollow the childrens routinesPlay and engage in age-appropriate fun and creative activities to assist in the childrens developmentTake the children on outings and to activities i.e. park, playground, zoo etc.Prepare and cook for the children and assist in preparing family meals if possibleLight household duties i.e. tidying/cleaning up after play and meal prep, childrens laundry, and beds.Grocery shopping (click and collect, and butcher) occasionallyErrands occasionallyAssist with basic homeworkStart date: ASAPLong term / Permanent rolePay: From $35 $45 per hour depending on experienceNote: Full Drivers Licence required and own vehicle strongly preferredThe days and normal hours are: 3 days 27 hours per weekMonday 7.30am 5pmThursday 8am 4 pm (Occasionally the hours will increase notice will be given)The familys expectations from their nanny are:3+ years experience as a nanny or working in childcareHave a current Working with Children CheckHave a Current First Aid certificateDisplay strong communication skills and speak English (Italian a bonus)Physically healthy and activeCan prepare and cook healthy foodFull drivers licence and clean driving record and own carJob Reference: LLY204Please quote job reference in the comments section of the application form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
