You''ll gain valuable experience working across a broad range of stakeholders effectively partnering with them to help deliver the business and people strategy.Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will provide sound advice and coaching both within the P&C team and the wider business. You will contribute your strategic thinking skills to align with Freedom''s business objectives. The varied nature of retail operations means you''ll build adaptability and commercial acumen that employers highly value.Your stakeholder management abilities will be enhanced through regular interactions with everyone from shop floor team members to executive leadership. You will be supporting our business units across which include retail, support centre and logistics for AU & NZ. Your responsibilities will include:Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.Provide expert guidance on matters including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary mattersAct as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.Advising on organisational changes including restructures, store openings and closuresStaying current with changes to Modern Awards and ensuring effective implementationContributing to strategic HR initiatives that support business objectivesYou''ll primarily work from our North Ryde Support Office on our hybrid model, with occasional visits to our Kings Park Distribution Centre.What Type of Person Will SucceedWe''re looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
