So join our team and build your careers with us!Project ManagerDivision: Boral Resources VIC P/LDepartment: ASPHALT VICWork type: Permanent - full timeLocation: MelbourneDue to growth within our business, we now have a great opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to join our Asphalt team in Williamstown, VIC 3016.Your primary focus will be to provide effective and efficient project management of asphalt surfacing projects whilst also taking accountability for successfully communicating and implementing sound strategies and plans.Your day will involve:Lead the safety, quality, delivery and financial aspects of the projectsOptimising financial performance through the coordination, programming and administration of all contracting operations and obligationsEffective team leadership and engagement with multiple internal departments to ensure we meet and exceed client expectationsComplying with Borals OHSEQ policies and ensuring our Safety, Environmental and Quality standards are metAnalyse, record and report on project risks and mitigations applied to the projectProvide regular reporting on project schedules, look ahead and at-risk activities.
