At Cotton On, we are passionate about connecting with our customers through our social channels. The Paid Social Coordinator will support our global paid social strategy across the full-funnel and be pivotal in aligning with the broader Customer Acquisition and regional Digital Marketing teams to achieve both short and long-term growth objectives. As the Paid Social Coordinator, you will support the implementation and planning of paid social campaigns ensuring they are expertly executed to best practice standards. If you are someone who loves data-driven, highly creative paid strategies, then we want to meet you.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEDegree / qualification in relevant field i.e. PR, Social Media, Digital or similarDemonstrated experience in a similar Social or Marketing Coordinator role preferredExperience with social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and SnapchatKnowledge of Web Analytics platforms, social media advertising and data analysis tools preferredStrong communications skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levelsAble to communicate weekly reports on social performance, including progress against growth targets and detail actionable insightsOUR CULTURETo describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
