We are currently seeking a talented Warehouse Team Member to join our Hardings Pakenham team in a permanent capacity working Monday to Friday.The successful candidate will ensure a high standard in the dispatch of stock for the site in order to maximise sales and exceed customer service expectations.What you will be doingDemonstrate a personal commitment to Safety, Health and Environment principles by complying with and actively participating in training programsEnsure stock is not damaged when picking and packing orders where possibleAssist in the dispatch of store stock in accordance with company proceduresProject a professional image by maintaining a neat, tidy and businesslike appearanceProvide knowledgeable service and assist customersCommunicate effectively with other team membersEnsure company policies and procedures are strictly adhered to regarding stock control, stock security, refunds and company moniesWhat you will bringPrevious experience in a receiving role in a warehouse environment supplying to the building industryMR Truck License would be favourableOutgoing and enthusiastic personalityHigh level of integrity and trustworthinessSafe working practices and knowledge of O H & SWork in a fast-paced team environmentPerform repetitive lifting or tasksWell-developed verbal and written communication skillsAbility to use initiativeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle a number of prioritiesIf you have the energy, edge, and ideas that will shape the future of our business for years to come, then we want to hear from you!About UsWe are part of a $13 billion plus business with locations across Australia, New Zealand and China.
