About the role:Based from either Sydney or Melbourne and reporting to the Regional Manager, our Roving Care Manager(s) are required to fill short term vacant Care Manager roles to effectively lead and manage the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance. The Roving CM will be required to hold IPC Lead qualification. The IPC is the dedicated expert responsible to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of infection prevention and control policies, procedures and practices within the homes. Care Managers are also key role models, demonstrating the Bupa Values.As our Roving Care Manager, you will work as part of a team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals.
