Youll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?As an Associate, you will assist in the development and implementation of compliance monitoring programs and collect, analyse and interpret data to identify potential compliance risks and trends.You will support the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders, conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.In addition, you will assist in the maintenance of compliance documentation and records and participate in compliance training and awareness programs.What you offerBachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry is a plus.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you''re excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About the Risk Management GroupOur Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquaries material risks.
