In this permanent, full-time role, youll be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional donor care, supporting our well-defined fundraising growth strategy.Who are we looking for?An experienced team leader, ideally in a fundraising or customer service environmentHas exceptional customer service skillsProven ability to handle financial data efficiently and accurately, with exceptional attention to detailSkilled at responding to customer queries in a courteous, prompt, accurate, and confident mannerStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsA collaborative professional with the ability to work effectively across teams, build strong relationships, and contribute to a unified and supportive work environment3-5 years relevant experience and holds a minimum certificate in a relevant study area (Business, Administration, Customer Service, Fundraising)In this role, you will:Process donations received via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databaseReconcile daily donation processing and submit the results to the Finance teamOversee and contribute to all daily tasks and processes performed by the Supporter Care team that aligns to our Fundraising and Philanthropy program goals and successProvide expert leadership, direction and guidance to your team to deliver exceptional and efficient supporter carePlan and manage the teams workload, considering fundraising activities and their impact on staff capacity.Why work for us?The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) (Queensland Section) is a leader in delivering aeromedical and primary healthcare to remote, rural, and regional communities.As the RFDS soars towards its 100th year of providing the finest care, in the furthest corner, we have several innovative initiatives on the horizon.
