Operating on a national scale, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane.About The RoleThe Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Project Managers (PMs) and Project Sponsors to successfully deliver approved projects while ensuring adherence to organisational standards and processes. Reporting to the Head of Aviation Projects within the Project Management Office this role will involve working across various areas, including operations, training, engineering, and business development.The Project Coordinator provides Project Management (PM) support across the Toll Aviation capabilities including operations, training, engineering and business development. This support includes development and tracking of project schedules, budgets, plans and other documentation, participating in Project meetings and working closely with PMs and stakeholders to develop and deliver projects. The role will also be required to generate reports and provide relevant information to PMs and stakeholders to assist in managing the projects.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverablesPrepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting recordsSupport the use of Smartsheet for project management, including Work Breakdown Structures, schedules, budgets, risk management, and project chartersMonitor and measure project performance metrics and update records accordinglyDevelop project status reports and relevant documentationSupport the mobilisation of complex aviation service delivery projects, aircraft acquisition and modification, facility selection and certification, and support service definition and acceptanceMaintain accurate and up-to-date project files, records, and databasesTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will NeedTertiary qualifications in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or Project Management (preferred)Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including remote team members and external suppliersStrong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsExperience in supporting project delivery with a background in project management.Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheet or Microsoft ProjectStrong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple termsBenefitsExposure to an exciting and fast-paced industryCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional long-term growth within the aviation sectorSupportive and dynamic work environmentIf youre a detail-driven professional with a passion for project coordination in the aviation industry, wed love to hear from you!What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
