Long-term engagement opportunityData Transformation ProgramCompetitive Daily RateAbout the roleThe change management activities will be integral to the Federal Governments client Agency Data Maturity Program and its associated projects, including Data Governance, the Joint Enterprise Data Initiative, and Data Management & Quality. These activities are designed to support the program''s strategic objectives and enhance data maturity. The program specifically targets data maturity improvement, with a focus on driving education, policy adoption, and technological advancement in data management and usage.The Change Manager will lead a team of change resources, overseeing the assessment, design, planning, and execution of change management activities. This includes ensuring the successful delivery of learning and education outcomes that align with the programs goals.The primary responsibility of the Change Manager will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that facilitate the smooth execution of projects, promote the adoption of new outcomes, and manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships to embed the necessary changes effectively.A secondary focus will be on ensuring alignment with the broader change management practices, making sure the program is consistent with the enterprises approach to change and operational methodologies. Key components of the data transformation programeducation, policy adoption, and technology upliftwill be emphasized throughout the change management process to ensure the program achieves its data maturity goals successfully.Key duties and responsibilitiesManage competing priorities and strategic directions to achieve team and project outcomes aligned with agency goals, while driving change, innovation, and business improvements.Implement change, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to the development and execution of change management plans and strategies, ensuring quality assurance and performance monitoring.Oversee diverse teams or larger groups with similar tasks, while making decisions based on professional judgment, risk evaluation, and a complex, changing environment.Lead change readiness assessments, identify resistance, and implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues, working independently under broad direction.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes, manage sensitivities, and foster strategic relationships, ensuring alignment with the agencys goals.Maintain awareness of the broader APS operating environment, while working within established legislative and policy frameworks to support agency and program objectives.How to ApplyIf you''re interested in this opportunity and keen to move forward, please apply here.
