We are an innovative group with strong values rooted in teaching positive social, creative and academic skills & values to children and families.Who You Are:You are a creative thinker who is able to use your imagination when instructing your animation team.You have a critical, detailed eye when reviewing other peoples work.Your proven instincts give you the ability to be proactive with cinematography and compositions.You have a natural ability to lead a team, with diverse personalities, by inspiring through great work.You live and breathe the YouTube creator economy - a passion that means your work ethic is always 110%.Your Responsibilities and SkillsWrite animation instructions for all Spawnpoint Media Minecraft channelsWork closely with Operations and Production Management to schedule and allocate work to team members ensuring efficiency, feasibility and deadline success.Review all team members work, cross-referencing against animation instructionsReview animation quality to ensure output matches expected standardsAssist Storyboard/Creative channel leads with video introduction writing and voiceover scripting ensuring that wording is easily animatable and matches thumbnail design/title to improve viewer retentionReview final edits of each video, checking that animations have been used correctly, including suggesting changes, additions of sound or video effectsLead the animation team and provide regular training and host monthly meetings for animatorsShow strong, effective & inspiring leadership and mentoring to team membersRequirements:Ability to manage your own time for project/media deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood knowledge of Minecraft game mechanicsExperience with animating (formal qualifications preferred)Ability to learn and develop new skills (such as using Minecraft mods Blockbuster and Replay if not already known)Strong understanding of YouTube analytics such as retention rates and CTR, both for long form and shortsExperience with cinematography and composition.Attend important weekly meetings (occur within Australian business hours)Spawnpoint Perks:Attractive RemunerationSpawn Points KPI bonus ProgramTraining & DevelopmentCareer ProgressionOur Offer:If youre excited to join a group that develops some of the most-loved content on the internet and brings smiles to millions of children across the globe; whilst working alongside a highly skilled and fun-loving team; passionate about all things YouTube and gaming, then what are you waiting for?
