Primo Foods has a great opportunity for a full-time Area Manager Foodservice to work in our Adelaide team. The role of the Area Manager Foodservice is to drive profitable volume and product range within existing customer base and pursue new business opportunities in new and existing markets (end users). This role is also the primary contact point for existing customers and outlets.Responsibilities include:Responsible for the promotion of the Companys products and professional imageSelling the whole product portfolioService existing customers via planned territory call frequency.Achieve new business targets across all channels.Execute the agreed Planned Call in every outlet/customerCommunicate with and provide information to Sales, Marketing, R&D, supply chain and National Contact Centre.Action all complaints within 48 hoursReduction of pricing Claims by 50%About you:Proficient in delivering high quality customer & client service, providing customers with options and solutionsAbility to forecast future trends, evaluating market information and understanding demand managementProficient Financial / Analytical abilities maintaining data, strong understanding of trade maths and pricingDemonstrated ability to sell, negotiate and influence other stakeholders to drive/encourage performance improvementsGood project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver resultsAbility to manage change and supporting activities in a change project.
