Ciaron Maher Racing are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our NSW team at our Warwick Farm office.Role Responsibilities:Oversee the HR software system and update accordingly, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date NSW employee files.Onboarding & offboarding processing of all NSW employees, including coordinating pre-employment checks, police checks (if required), and exit interviews.Producing, delivering, and ensuring accurate completion of letters of offer, employment contracts, and variation of T&Cs, as well as ensuring follow-up of signed employment contracts and variation letters.Provide operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.Processing Racing New South Wales stable registrations & transfers.Processing and management of NSW Workcover claims ensuring compliance with Workcover guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.NSW stable & track rider staff management including performance reviews, performance management, grievances & disciplinary discussions.Warwick Farm rostering in collaboration with the Head of Stable.Coordinating NSW staff accommodation including all day-to-day management as well as in conjunction with CMR Business Manager regarding leases and financials.Assist senior management by providing valuable HR policy advice to ensure compliance and risk mitigation in various areas.Monitor existing HR policies and requirements to ensure NSW business is compliant, and in conjunction with the P&C Manager implement changes where required.Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of operational processes.Provide support to P&C projects and initiatives.Previous knowledge and experience within the equine industry is desirable.
