Inventory Control & Planning & TransportationCollect and manage key inventory data to assist with Warehouse slotting and inventory procurement optimizationEnsure system inventory and batch requirements align with physical inventory levelsManage Warehouse activities to ensure alignment of inventories via cycle counts and stock take reviews, advising reviews and tolerances to warehouse as requiredReview and investigate damage claims to ensure stock is disposed of, claimed, and/or credited accordinglyManage damaged, lost, and expired stock raising adjustments to stocks or shelf-life extensions as required, including reviewing aged, excess, and obsolete stock.Co-ordinate domestic logistics as required with respect to transport and distributionValidate 3PL inventory -v- Company and cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, maintaining recording, and undertaking audit checksCoordinate with Logistic providers DIFOT, and work through CI projects to improve customer experience.Set up new productions in 3PL systems as requiredWhere required, coordinate the process of decanting products with 3PL networkEnsure all business activities are conducted according to Brenntag standards.ReportingManage the monthly reporting requirementsPerform any adhoc reporting requirementsJob Requirements:College degree or equivalent experience requiredAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExceptional analytical and critical thinkingExperience driving direct material sourcing savingsAbility to build relationships and work well with othersAssertive, effective, and solid written and verbal communication and negotiating skillsMust have a proven record of meeting stringent deadlinesExperience working with an ERP system and knowledge of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
