Managing commercial risks, you will be responsible for the review and negotiation of legal agreements. You will also lead the ongoing development and implementation of the compliance and risk program, including AFSL management, and support the Company Secretary by advising on corporate governance and regulatory requirements and contributing to the Board agenda and meetings.This role requires a qualified lawyer with experience in the financial services industry, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. You will have a strong understanding of the Corporations Act, including the AFSL regime, and experience interacting with regulators such as ASIC. Advanced legal technical skills are required to be successful in this broad, stand-alone legal & compliance role, as well as a collaborative working style, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a willingness to be hands on.This role has the option to be based in the Perth or Sydney Azure Capital offices.To apply, please lodge your application via the link in this advertisement.
