Immediate start in Sydney, working within financial services to merge two instances.Financial services client to merge Salesforce instancesLead workshops, capturing/migrating business processesOrganisation: Come contract for a Global Salesforce Partner that specializes in Financial Services, Public Sector, and Non-for-profit implementations. They have flexible working arrangements with hybrid offices.Role: As the Salesforce technical business analyst, you will be joining a live project within the financial services domain based in Sydney CBD 2000. The project will be merging two Salesforce instances with a focus on service cloud and financial services cloud, which is advantageous. Your role will be to capture requirements in business processes, writing epics, features, and user stories. You will be liaising with architects and key stakeholders to:Lead the workshops documenting business processesCreate and document the functional requirementsWrite and review requirementsWork with the build team to deliver the designed solutionDefine the test acceptance criteria, assist with test case development and testingYou will have:5+ years of Salesforce business analyst/functional consultant experienceFinancial services experience advantageous, particularly with Financial Services CloudHands-on implementation of core Salesforce Sales, Service, and ExperienceStrong fundamental business analysis experience in requirements gathering skills, elicitation techniques, stakeholder management, and process mappingStrong understanding of requirements definition and playback to multiple stakeholders, business solution design including process, logical data models, use cases, and user storiesTechnical experience with configurations flows, process builderExcellent stakeholder engagement across all enterprise levels including the ability to collaborate with SMEs, architects, developers, and testersMust be able to document various levels of diagramming, including but not limited to BPMN, sequence diagrams, use case maps, and process diagramsExperience in working within highly complex, multi-stream, and integrated environmentsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Information TechnologyIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
