We take pride in our organisation''s values - We are creative, confident, curious and caring.The OpportunityYou would be joining the insights and research division of Australian Community Media (ACM) at a critical time as it shifts to a digital first, and insights lead approach.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced agency-side researcher to join an internal team, while still keeping their agency skills alive and growing. The Research Manager role consists of two parts, the ACM Insights Team and Chi Squared Research. The ACM Insights Team supports the diverse needs of the commercial, editorial, marketing and Agri divisions within the ACM portfolio with high quality, bespoke internal research studies and strategic guidance. While Chi Squared Research, the external facing insights agency, delivers high quality regional and agricultural focused studies to external clients through panel access and bespoke research.Reporting to the Research and Insights Director, this position plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by managing research projects from brief through to completion for ACM''s diverse insights needs and the needs of Chi Squared''s clients.Focusing on full end-to-end project management, this role plays a lead role in implementing, managing and coordinating all aspects of a research project from methodology through to design, fieldwork, analysis and reporting.The successful candidate will have experience in:Quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, ideally gained through a market research agency, strategic consultancy or academic background.Questionnaire and discussion guide design, ideally with some qualitative moderation experience.Fieldwork preparation including survey scripting, and management.Quantitative analysis techniques, including experience in Q.Designing and delivering engaging, strategic reports and presentations to stakeholders and clients.Why you should join ACMACM''s purpose is driven by our passion for keeping our communities strong, informed and connected.
