We are proud of our workplace culture, and we reward and recognise our people who best represent our company values of excellence, passion, caring, integrity, collaboration, and courage.Due to continued growth, ACOR is seeking an experienced Sydney based WSC Project Manager/Consultant to assist with the running of the Water Services Coordination (WSC) department.Duties & Responsibilities:Lodging major works designs and coordinating all necessary inspections throughout the major works process.Conducting on-site inspections to ensure project adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Facilitating seamless communication and coordination among developers, WSC authorities, and Constructors to ensure project milestones are achieved smoothly.Assisting in the preparation, formatting, and standardization of technical reports, specifications, and fee proposals to ensure consistent documentation quality.Contributing to project invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial management.Supporting document control efforts to maintain organized and up-to-date project records.Collaborating in the scheduling of Water Services staff to optimize production efficiency.Skills & Experience:5 years minimum experience working as a Water Services Project ManagerExperience in design is preferredKnowledge and experience working with Sydney WaterExperience processing Section 73 Application, Building Plan Approvals, Minor Works and Main to MeterExperience with eDeveloper and SW ConnectC1/C2 (Essential) C3/C4 - DesiredProficient designing sewer & water extensions, reticulation, deviations and adjustmentsPrevious office administrative experienceBenefits of ACOR:Attractive remuneration package, commensurate with experienceEmployee Assistance ProgramOpportunities for growth and developmentWork on multi-discipline projectsDiscounts on everyday products and servicesRegular social and fundraising eventsOngoing learning & development100% employee owned companyIf you enjoy working in a team and welcome new challenges, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
