In this role, you will support our financial, analytical, and planning processes, partnering with various teams to help drive business performance in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analysing monthly and weekly reports, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to key stakeholders. You will work closely with the retail operations team, focusing on HR forecasting, analysis and planning to support informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing Head Count budgets and forecastingAnalyze Head Count data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement from a labour perspectiveAssist with bonus scheme administrative activitiesContribute to HR projects and ad-hoc analysis to address business needsSkills & Experience Required:Recently completed a degree in IT Software, Finance, Business or a related field.Analytical skills with Excel, experience with Pivot Table, V-Look Up or VBA highly desirableStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationshipsInterest in financial analysis, reporting, and planning processesPrevious experience using PowerBi desired but not essential, we can teach you this!Working at EssilorLuxotticaA career with EssilorLuxottica will offer you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to develop your skills every day.
