You will provide first line response to HR queries from employees, assist HR Business Partners and Advisors with processing advice and guidance, support entry level technical HRIS queries, and research and reference legislative documentation across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.The role reports to the Manager HRC & Payroll and works closely with members of the HRC and Payroll team, the broader People and Culture function as well as business stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesSupport the business with HR administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, including processing new employee onboarding, variations to employee contacts such as promotions, secondments, higher duties, remuneration and position changes, employee type changes, organisational changes, leave requests and terminations.Review contracts, change letters and key correspondence where appropriate, before documents are sent out for signature.Management of the HRC inbox and ensuring all requests including employee queries are actioned with speed, accuracy and efficiency to meet SLAs.Ensure the HRIS Workday system is the one source of truth, maintaining accurate employee records in accordance with SLAs.Maintain employee files and documentation to ensure SEEK remains compliant.Assist in the coaching and development of HR Coordinators by sharing HR knowledge and experience.QualificationsCompleted or currently studying towards completion of HR tertiary studies.HR Coordinator or similar experience in a medium to large organisation.Sound knowledge of HR processes and up to date knowledge of employment legislation.Ability to interpret HR policies, procedures, and other employment information.Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships.Very high level of attention to detail.Comprehensive HRIS knowledge, ideally in Workday.Additional InformationAt SEEK we offer:Support of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role.SEEK is committed to operating sustainably, certified carbon neutral for its business operations (through Climate Active), purchasing renewable energy for our office and working-from-home emissions and a target for net zero by 2030.SEEKer Support, a confidential service that offers employees up to six sessions with a mental health professional of your choice.At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people.
