Youll be joining a diverse team of over 250 people who are always looking to deliver better outcomes for Australian businesses.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Support the development of financial strategies to optimise business performance.Analyse financial statements, market conditions, and credit risks to assess financial health.Identify risks and opportunities using financial modelling and data analytics.Evaluate financial systems, structures, and processes for efficiency and compliance.Engage with stakeholders to discuss financial performance and operational improvements.Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.Develop improvements in financial reporting, credit risk assessment, and investment strategies.Implement financial policies, risk management frameworks, and process enhancements.Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.Skills & Experience RequiredAt least 1 year of experience in a similar roleProven experience in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, or corporate finance.Expertise in business process improvement and financial consulting.Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and performance evaluation.Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience.Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.Familiarity with financial reporting tools, accounting software, and business intelligence platforms.Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on financial trends.Experience with digital transformation in financial operations.Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial databases, and Office 365 Suite.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
