Supporting the Queensland based Tenant Advisory team, you will actively collaborate with our teams nationally on a variety of initiatives to accelerate and celebrate the success of our teams and clients alike.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Provide secretarial and administrative support to the National Director of Tenant Advisory and several senior operatives within the team.Diary & email management - ensure appropriate times are provided for meetings and work in progress, monitor email messages, maintain National Directors to-do list and prioritise/action accordingly.Assist in the production of marketing materials submissions, marketing briefs, client case studies, bi-monthly updates, quarterly newsletters, social media tiles etc.Maintain accurate records of business plans, budgets and financial reports in a confidential manner.Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings where necessary and recovery of expenses from clients where appropriate.Working with Agents to coordinate the collection of reports, submissions and other documentation.Coordinating and participating in team meetings.Update company database, including listing information, and upload to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate.QualificationsTo excel in this rewarding role, you will need:Recent and relevant experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferable role (preferably within residential or commercial real estate).A motivated self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to team-based initiatives.High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail.Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.Knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be highly regarded, though not essential.Additional InformationExperts join experts, and we welcome you to join us as we lead the industry into the future.Please apply with your CV or call Kate Dobbie - Associate Director | Careers on 07 3026 3309 for more information.Please be advised that applications will only be accepted directly rather than via recruitment agencies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
