$102,072 plus super, plus salary packaging availableProgress with purpose at one of Australias largest health care providersGet ahead with salary packaging, benefits and professional development in a supportive team environmentPermanent Full-time OpportunityFlexible/Hybrid working Arrangements AvailableAbout the roleCalvary is offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic HR Professional to make a difference as part of our people team.As a People and Culture Case Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers with a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, grievances, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes. You will become the go-to expert, providing invaluable advice across a variety of employee relations issues, as well as providing coaching and support to our amazing team of people leaders and employees across Calvary Hospitals, Aged Care, and Home Care.If you are passionate about solving complex HR and ER challenges and love being the trusted expert in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Your main duties will include:Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, investigations, and compliance reporting.Independently undertake complex case management and act as a point of escalation within the People and Culture team.Interpret, provide advice and apply employment legislation policies and procedures.Provide accurate and timely advice, coaching and support to managers and employees across all aspects of people and culture matters.Support the People and Culture Manager and other leaders with change initiatives, review and classification of position descriptions, develop change and communication plans, and facilitate consultation with unions and employees whilst ensuring adherence to industrial instruments.Attend management and team meetings as required and share topical people and culture information, keeping abreast of and understanding current challenges facing Aged Care, Home Care and Hospitals.About youTertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.Extensive experience in performance management, project management, workforce development, and industrial/employee relations.Proven ability to interpret industrial instruments such as Awards and Enterprise Agreements.Strong analytical skills for leading workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.In-depth understanding of labour laws, workplace legislation, and compliance standards.Experience managing diverse HR cases, complex workplace investigations, and providing advice on ER matters.For further information please contact Raf Gonzalez-Martin, People and Culture Manager at Raf.Gonzalez@calvarycare.org.au.Why work for Calvary?At Calvary, our staff matter.With over 130 years of experience and 18,000 staff and volunteers, we offer an inclusive and welcoming culture where you are valued, drawing on your own strengths, identity, and background alongside a team of professionals who care for our patients, residents, and clients.Your benefits:NFP salary packaging benefits, discounted health insurance, and gym memberships.Paid parental leave.Training, development pathways, and career opportunities.Flexible hours that make sense for you.As we serve the community across Home, Virtual and Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, and Hospitals, one thing sets us apart: Care from the heart.
