Have meaningful impact as a Manager, Capital Profit and AdvisoryYOUR ROLEJoin our team and provide strategic advice to the Chief Actuary on key capital and financial decisions at IAG. You''ll lead the annual review of the Groups capital risk appetite, design subsidiary capitalisation policies, and guide stress testing and recovery planning. Youll enhance IAGs Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), oversee risk adjustment assumptions for IFRS reporting, and monitor global regulatory trends to keep IAG ahead of the curve in capital management. Youll also advise on reinsurance, investment strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and support Capital Platform optimization. Additionally, youll mentor and collaborate with IAGs wider actuarial community on emerging projects that impact capital, profit volatility, and targets.We offer a dynamic, high-impact role where youll work closely with senior leaders, stay at the forefront of regulatory developments, and help shape IAGs strategic direction.
