We are a well-established IT company that has of 15 years of experience; therefore, due to growth, were now looking for a Chief Information Officer with skills and experience in managing, to an executive capacity, clients as well as complex projects.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As our Chief Technology and Information Officer, you will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations while spearheading the adoption and advancement of emerging technologies. Your leadership will ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of innovation while driving digital transformation initiatives. Provide proven track record of managing service delivery, implementing change management using the ITIL Framework.Minimum QualificationsA tertiary qualification in a business, technology, or management-related field.Demonstrated executive leadership experience in managing technology divisions.Extensive expertise in building and leading IT teams, as well as designing and implementing IT service processes based on the ITIL framework to enhance operational efficiency and align with business goals.A proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies that foster innovation and drive transformation.Significant experience in planning, developing, and implementing digital solutions, systems, and infrastructure to support both targeted initiatives and organisation-wide objectives.Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, data analytics, and digital transformation.Proven ability to lead cybersecurity teams effectively.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organisational change.Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to validate concepts and ensure the successful adoption of solutions.ITIL certificationsCOBITMicrosoft CertificationsPlease apply by emailing me directly to megan.wells@searchability.com.au.
