Senior Manager, Property ManagementLocation: NewcastleEmployment type: Temporary Full time up to 3 yearsSalary: Clerk Grade 11/12 ($145,378 - $168,130 pa), plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loadingYour roleYour role as a Senior Manager, Property Management leads various improvement activities and programs to drive continuous improvement of the property and asset management function by providing safe, functional and compliant property and assets for the entire Department, through effective resource allocation, program planning, implementation and active team participation which support the Department and integrates with Property NSW.The role has a strong focus on property divestment and adaptive re-use planning, managing the future use of large assets / sites in the Hunter region.What youll doAs part of the Infrastructure and Assets Management Services team within the Infrastructure and Assets division, the role identifies, develops and implements the required policy, processes and systems to ensure a customer centric approach to anticipating, identifying and managing department property needs in such a manner as to ensure compliance with all legislative and policy requirements and that decisions are made with the right balance of cost, risk and performance.Based in Newcastle, you''ll work as part of a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to exceeding expected outcomes in property management. This work involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and keeping abreast of developments in property and asset management.We work in an agile, flexible work environment and were happy to discuss your preferred flexible / remote work arrangements.
