As a forward-thinking studio, they actively adopt new technologies to refine their processes and drive innovation.Key Responsibilities:Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements.Create practical, aesthetic, and unique designs across all project phases.Provide technical expertise in design and documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, BCA, and council regulations.Oversee construction phases and administer contracts to maintain design integrity.Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and professional growth.Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.Effectively manage time, budgets, and resources to meet project deadlines.Experience & Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural or interior design practice.Registration as an Architect (for Architects) and relevant qualifications in the field.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other key design tools.Proven experience in technical documentation and construction detailing.Broad exposure to various sectors and experience managing projects in the contract administration phase.Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Apply Now or contact Jake Williamson; 0400 352 498 for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
