If youre a technically minded individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for renewable energy, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Lead multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project controls personnel, to deliver outstanding project outcomes.Manage concept and feasibility studies, including cost estimating and scheduling for wind power projects.Oversee detailed designs and provide support during construction and commissioning phases of wind power projects.Drive a strong safety culture and implement QA procedures on major projects.Manage commercial aspects such as contracts, timelines, costs, and change management while ensuring project governance and financial performance.Act as an Owner''s Engineer or client representative when required.Foster business development, including proposal creation and maintaining client relationships.Mentor junior project managers and contribute to resource optimisation through integrated delivery teams.We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery.
