You''ll work closely with the Group CFO to manage financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance across multiple entities within the group.ResponsibilitiesOversee the management accounting function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.Collaborate with the Group CFO and senior leadership to provide insights for strategic decision-making.Manage cash forecasting, BAS preparation, and compliance matters.Lead stakeholder engagement across various departments and operating entities.Support process improvement initiatives, enhancing financial operations and ERP systems.Foster a positive, collaborative culture, acting as a mentor to junior team members.Candidate ProfileAs an ideal candidate, you are a highly experienced CA/CPA (or nearing completion) with a strong understanding of financial statements, taxation, and accounting standards. Your technical knowledge and attention to detail will ensure you are a trusted advisor to the team. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking ownership of your role.The ideal candidate will have:Strong experience in financial and management accountingAdvanced ERP/systems knowledge.
