Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$240,000.00/yr - A$260,000.00/yrA highly regarded copper focused explorer with a strong presence in Asia currently seeks to appoint an Exploration Manager to their successful exploration team operating in South-East Asia.In this newly created, fast-paced opportunity, you''ll be supervising a large in-country team, planning, reporting, logistics, and ideally, making some world-class Cu discoveries in a highly prospective suite of projects in a highly desirable pocket of South-East Asia. You''ll support the VP Exploration with presentations, stakeholder management, drive local community engagement & land access, mentor geos and much more.Offered on a permanent basis, you''ll enjoy operating on an attractive expat FIFO roster from anywhere in Australia, NZ or South-East Asia. A lucrative remuneration package including great incentives is provided.Ideally, you''ll be an experienced Exploration Manager or Senior Exploration Geologist with a successful track record in hardrock exploration (e.g. 7+ years post-graduate experience), incorporating a demonstrated ability to operate in developing countries.
