It advises on, develops, transacts and invests in real estate its own, its clients and in conjunction with investment partners. With a unique set of real estate capabilities, it has advised upon or transacted over $26 billion in real estate projects.Financial institutions, corporates, government and private clients rely on the depth and diversity of our real estate expertise. Our team has experience across valuations, construction and development, asset management, agency, deteriorating credits, development management, property law and investment management, enabling us to provide end to end solutions through the economic cycle.We are seeking an enthusiastic Manager to join the KordaMentha Real Estate team. As a member of the team, you will:Be working in a team of Real Estate professionals across Australia with diverse backgrounds in advisory, investment, development and construction, valuation, agency, sales and marketing, property law, contract administration and investment banking.Manage a variety of projects across all real estate sectors and be exposed to a diverse client base including major financial institutions, private, public and government organisations.Undertake a variety of roles and responsibilities including property and feasibility analysis, due diligence, report preparation, market research, project and transaction and development management.Work alongside our restructuring, forensic, public sector and capital teams on a broad range of real estate engagements.Assist in new investment and development opportunities the firm is completing.Work in a supportive team environment, one where we place high importance on the development of skills and knowledge, via on-the-job learning and formal training.Be a key member involved in marketing and business developments events and activities.Be part of the wider KordaMentha group, which has an active social culture including team sports, involvement in various charities and social functions.QualificationsYou will have:Three to six years'' experience in the property industry preferably from an agency, valuation, development, construction, investment or advisory background.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Excellent negotiation skills.Motivation to deliver the highest standards of client service.Possess relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications.A team player with strong qualities displaying ethics and discretion.A willingness to learn from other professionals in the team, and to provide continual learning and coaching opportunities for team members.Additional InformationAt KordaMentha, we offer a dynamic, team-oriented, and flexible work environment, providing ongoing learning opportunities, competitive remuneration packages, and the chance to collaborate with and learn from the best in the industry.We believe in applying a different mindset at the core of everything we do, fuelled by the diversity of our team members'' experiences and backgrounds.At KordaMentha, we believe there is strength in difference.
