In particular, we are seeking a Technical Targeting Officer, Level 2, to work on-site in Northern, Virginia.Clearance Required for this role: TS/SCI with FSP PolyResponsibilities:Conduct targeting activities with an emphasis on technologyUtilize Sponsor tools and methodologies to identify and assess available dataDistill complex data and relationships into succinct and effective language/reportsDevelop plansSupport requirementsConduct analysis to develop relevant plansIdentify and recommend approaches to advance prioritiesUse knowledge of customer tools and capabilities to advance objectivesApply relevant regulations and policy directives to projectsResearch and analyze related informationProvide analytic support to coordinate, document, and monitor progress and make recommendations to move projects forwardProvide written documentation and written evaluation and reports on projects and related technologiesRequirements:Bachelors Degree (or 5 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree) and 3 or more years of work experience related to the requirement.Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge and experience in Sponsor research tools and techniquesAbility to analyze data and research resultsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office suiteExcellent organizational skills to address complex issuesWho we are:ABSC is a technology and services company that combines the agility of a small business with proven processes refined over more than two decades in business.
