With a diverse portfolio of projects across Defence, Marine, Mining, Energy, and Commercial sectors, the company offers a supportive and inclusive work environment.In this role, you will provide generalist HR advice and assistance to managers across a variety of HR activities within a multifaceted business. You will be instrumental in supporting the HR team with key initiatives such as performance reviews, remuneration, and employee engagement surveys, while also handling more complex HR issues like performance management, discipline, and terminations.
