While typically overseeing one project at a time, you may also manage multiple projects depending on their size and complexity. This includes the day-to-day management of all site activities.This is an on-site role with work hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.Reporting to the Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Conducting tests on air-conditioning units by running mode cycles.Performing inspections and programming test operations.Lead the packing team and ensure that processes are run smoothly.Ensuring all work is completed on schedule and complies with WHS standards, as well as relevant building standards and regulations.Carrying out regular inspections and submitting Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to maintain quality assurance procedures.Building and maintaining strong relationships while managing day-to-day activities.Implementing WHS procedures, incorporating best practices to achieve project objectives.Leading toolbox meetings, pre-start meetings, site meetings, and conducting safety walks.QualificationsWere looking for someone with:HVAC service technician, with experience as a supervisorRefrigeration Licence must be currentAustralian Restricted Electrical Licence must be currentHighly developed interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of WHS requirementsStrong diagnostics and fault-finding abilitiesAdditional InformationJoining us means being part of:An easy-going and supportive team.A stable company with global recognition for our quality products.Exciting career pathways to help you grow and advance.The successful candidate must undergo a pre-employment medical examination and complete a national police check.Only applicants with the right to work in Australia and currently residing in Brisbane will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
