In this role, you will maintain and enhance the level of customer service satisfaction expressed by our customer based in relation to sales order management, including inbound and outbound calls to 3rd party petfood and Ag retail stores and groups.Key Responsibilities IncludeProcessing customer orders.Managing inbound and outbound customer communication.Managing customers and Territory Sales Managers calls.Logistic arrangements.About YouTo thrive in this role, you will have a solid customer service / office administration background, time management skills, and the ability to engage and work with differing customer bases / requirements.
