This role requires an effective leader with strong Distribution Centre (DC) and warehouse experience. Based approx. 35km west of Melbourne, this role will support a national retail organisation with strategically important deliverables.The successful candidate must be located in Melbourne and have relevant DC experience.This role may include:Deep expertise in warehousing, automation and distribution centresTrack record of building high performance safety cultures in an operation settingStrong leadership capability to influence operations without authorityExperience in developing interface plans or leading Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) risk reviewsGreat interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligenceFacilitate complex risk workshops with cross functional teamsCreating simple and effective health and safety systems to support end userExpertise in traffic management, dangerous goods and transport a bonus.OUR COMMITMENTWe can provide a working environment which is supportive, collaborative, and flexible to allow you to meet your full potential.
