Job Description

Working with a dynamic and fast paced creative agency, you will be part of a dedicated team who have a deep understanding of business, creativity and innovation that converts audiences and boosts brand loyalty. Youll have the chance to work with some of APACs most exciting brands.Reporting to the Director of Creative, you will focus on the management and growth of the agencys key client accounts, responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, developing new client relationships, as well as identifying, and delivering new revenue opportunities.What youll be doing:Client ManagementDevelop and maintain strong client relationships including, client profitability, retention, growth, exceptional service delivery and consistently ensuring we are delivering beyond our clients expectationsWork with clients to formulate detailed creative briefs and work with team to build out responses & estimatesLiaise with in house teams in order to ensure scoping and requirements are clearly defined, and complete client work in line with both client and agency expectationsRun regular client meetings and internal WIPs, ensuring communication is clear and understoodDevelop strategy and campaign decks, project plans, timelines, scope of work and budgets, and manage project execution to ensure that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetStay current on industry trends, best practices, client sectors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge for the agency and its clientsGenerate & oversee cost estimates for new client briefs, ensuring that they are accurate and profitableManage scope creep and monitor profitability of agency jobs, working with team to ensure we are meeting set financial goalsAssist with forecasting client revenue and managing retainers as/when requiredWork with finance on invoicing requirementsBusiness DevelopmentContribute to developing new client and business opportunities in collaboration with the senior management teamMaintain regular contact with existing clients and promote the agency and its service offering in order to drive growth and revenueParticipate in new business development activities, including proposal development, pitch presentations, and networking eventsDevelop and maintain stakeholder relations with key industry personnelStrategic and Communication PlanningEnsure clear and regular communication with team this includes briefing, budgeted time allocations, and quality standardsHave an understanding and ability to interpret briefs in any media and find solutionsKeep up to date with industry trends & research, and attend regular events/conferences when requiredUtilise insights from research, data and trends (such as GWI) to inform effective responses to client briefsWhat youll bring:A track record of client management as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director at a complex agency working with big brandsProven history in developing detailed creative briefs ensuring scoping and requirements are clearly definedExceptional client and stakeholder management skillsSignificant experience in delivering business pitches and identifying business opportunities for clientsDatabase management, including estimate, quotation, and invoicing experienceProject management skills and experience with workflow toolsA record of taking personal responsibility for own performanceA consultative approach to client relationships and superior written and verbal communication skillsIf you have the skills and experience and are looking for a step up in your career, please reach out and lets have a conversation!Only candidates with Full Working Rights in Australia will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
