Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining compliance with ASX and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvements across financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to ASX and statutory requirements.Internal Controls: Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks to enhance financial integrity and risk management.Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline and automate financial processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Business Partnering: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing insights and strategic financial guidance to support business growth and operational success.The ideal candidate will be a results-driven finance professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence. They will be a qualified CA or CPA with extensive experience in senior finance roles, bringing deep expertise in technical accounting, financial controls, and compliance within complex corporate environments.
