In this pivotal role, youll be responsible for strategy, planning, implementation, reporting, and tagging across Paid Search channels, including Google and Bing. This role also supports Adore Beautys Retail Media offering and Private Label brands, ensuring seamless alignment with overall business goals.As the channel owner, youll have the opportunity to lead impactful SEM strategies that drive growth, optimise performance, and elevate Adore Beautys digital presence. Youll oversee multi-million-dollar campaigns, mentor a direct report, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Ownership: Lead the strategic, operational, and technical execution of Paid Search for Adore Beauty, Retail Media, and Private Label brands.Strategy Development: Create SEM strategies aligned with business objectives, adapting to market trends, stock levels, and brand insights.Planning & Execution: Manage and optimise campaigns on Google and Bing to achieve peak performance and ROI.Optimisation & Testing: Conduct A/B tests, analyse performance data, and implement insights to improve campaign effectiveness.Budget Management: Monitor advertising budgets to ensure efficiency and meet POAS (profit on ad spend) targets.Reporting & Analysis: Deliver detailed performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.Tagging & Tracking: Work with tech teams to establish robust tagging systems for accurate campaign measurement and attribution.Feed Optimisation: Maintain optimal feed health with support from the SEM Coordinator.Collaboration: Partner with SEO teams, media reps, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.Team Leadership: Mentor and develop your direct report, fostering their growth and building a high-performing team culture.Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and global best practices to keep Adore Beauty at the forefront of SEM innovation.Who You AreYoure a highly motivated digital marketing professional with a proven track record in paid search and a passion for delivering measurable results.
