You will assist in gathering and analyzing data to inform change strategies, prepare communication materials, and help monitor the success of change initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in change management and gain exposure to a variety of industries while supporting the success of client projects.Role RequirementsAssist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of data related to change initiatives, providing insights to guide decision-making.Support senior change management professionals with the development and implementation of change strategies, communication plans, and training materials.Help track and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, providing regular updates to project teams and clients.Contribute to the creation of stakeholder maps, readiness assessments, and change impact analyses.Participate in client meetings to capture feedback, identify concerns, and recommend areas for improvement.Assist in the creation and maintenance of change management documentation, ensuring all materials are up to date and aligned with project goals.About YouA minimum of 2-5 years of experience in change management, project support, or a related role, with an interest in growing within the change management field.A bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field.Basic knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar) is desirable but not required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and present findings in a clear, actionable format.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset, with a passion for developing a career in change management.Some of Our Key BenefitsAt MP, our people are our pride and joy.
