We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.THE POSITIONConduct audits of commercial contracts to ensure there is no revenue leakage.Act as the key point of contact for the client on commercial or contract compliance matters.Have oversight of invoicing and client reporting.Review and track cost reports, expenditure, forecasting, and variation management throughout the duration of the contract.Manage contract compliance, KPI review, adjustments, and suggestions for improvement.Month-end closing and reporting.Support the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts.Attend and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.Support site management team.Site visits minimum 2 a month.THE PERSONPrevious experience within commercial management, subcontractor management, or site/village management.Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and interpret contracts, commercial terms, and financial data.Advanced MS Office skills Advanced Excel is essential.First-rate communicator, confident with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders from subcontractors to clients.Ability to build sound and effective business relationships and display strong business ethics.Highly developed analytical skills.Refined time management skills.You will be a lateral thinker and problem solver who uses initiative and is proactive.You are a team player with demonstrated commitment to achieving company targets and contributing to the safety, quality, and sustainability goals of a business.BENEFITSPaid parental leave.Multiple salary packaging options to make your dollar go further.Easy access to 100+ retail discounts.Opportunity to learn new skills and move to different internal roles.Above award wages.A chance to join an ecologically and socially forward operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
